About Us

Ben Golotta and Lolly Heaney. Danish Mid Century Furniture Importing Adelaide Australia.

Based in Adelaide and established in 2023, Housewarmers is a family-owned mid century retailer, run by Lolly and Ben.

Offering an escape from mass-manufacturing and poorly made modern furniture, Housewarmers specialises in Scandinavian and Australian design from the 50s-70s, bringing you a stunning curation of genuine mid century design worth investing in.

Soon to be parents, this year has been significant for our growing family and our expanding business. We are proud and excited to have the majority of our stock now coming direct from Denmark and broader Scandinavia, with our recent jump into the world of importing.

Our first shipment arrived in September 2025, and excitingly, our next container follows closely — set to leave Denmark in December. We hope to keep up this momentum and bring in four containers annually.

Our Services

  • Our first shipment recently arrived in September 2025, and excitingly, our next container will be leaving Denmark in December. We hope to keep up this momentum and bring in four containers annually.

  • Rather than wasting money on Scandinavian-style replica furniture that looks and feels cheap, why not furnish your home with pieces that will stand the test of time, while maintaining their monetary value? Housewarmers brings you a stunning curation of genuine mid century design worth investing in.

  • We restore our pieces in-house, to bring them back to their original beauty —  readying them for their next few decades of life.

  • We also offer consignment services, whereby we consign your mid century goods in store & online, so that you can recoup your piece’s true value, without having to muck around on Gumtree and Facebook Marketplace.
