
Payment Terms
Return Policy:
For change-of-mind purchases, full-priced items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. If the customer has already received the item(s), they must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase to be exchanged.
Please note: this exludes pieces that have undergone custom upholstery (ie. your choice of fabric). In these cases, change of mind returns are not permitted.
Store credit is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Purchases using that store credit are final sale, unless a return is required under Australian law.
Any courier costs associated with returning items in the case of change-of-mind (within 14 days of purchase) are at the customer's expense.
Outside of the 14-day change-of-mind policy described above, we do not accept returns, except in the case of faulty items or as otherwise required by Australian law. Where an item is not working as it should, repairing it for you is included in our policy. If we can't repair an item, we will refund or replace it for you, provided the piece is otherwise as it was when we sold it to you.
We do not accept responsibility for damage subjected to a piece once it leaves our care (ie. once a courier has picked up the item; or after it arrives to your home).
Where refunds are required under Australian Law, a refund will be provided.
Pre-Orders:
Purchases / Holds:
When pre-ordering ‘Coming Soon’ stock from our Danish shipment (arriving end of August 2025), you can either pay for the item in full or put the item on hold with a deposit.
Pre-order items paid for in full are considered purchased, meaning the same conditions for store credit within 14 days of purchase apply.
If you would instead prefer to place a hold, you are welcome to reserve your item by placing a (refundable) 25% deposit. To do so, simply submit the Invoice Request form below and we will send you an invoice within 24 hours.
Once your deposit invoice has been paid, the item will be marked as ‘On Hold’.
We will alert you when your pre-order purchase arrives to our warehouse so that the item can be promptly picked up by you, or dispatched for delivery.
If item is set to undergo restoration / reupholstery, allow more time before pick-up / dispatch.
If you have put a hold on an item, you will need to pay the remaining balance within 7 days of the item arriving to our warehouse.
Your ‘Hold’ deposit is refundable after invoice is paid. However, within 7 days of your item arriving to our warehouse, you must either;
(a) Request a refund to release your hold;
(b) Pay the remaining balance to secure your item.
Failure to do so within said timeframe will mean you forfeit your deposit and your item will be re-listed for sale.
