For gentle furniture upkeep and maintenance, we recommend only high-quality superfine #0000 Steel Wool. Our steel wool can be used to assist the penetration and application of Restor-A-Finish and Feed-N-Wax.
Super fine steel wool is gentle enough to avoid scratching the finish of your furniture, but also allows for a gentle clean or “exfoliation” of the surface, helping to wipe away grime while allowing products to penetrate deeper into the timber.
Simply saturate the steel wool pad with the product and proceed to apply it directly onto the furniture surface you are restoring (always in the direction of the timber‘s grain).
